Drew was so helpful from before my car arrived until I picked it up at the end of the day!! My car didn’t start in the morning so I called him to coordinate the service. He set up an appointment before the car even got towed there and he diagnosed the problem over the phone (confirmed with diagnostics later). I felt that Drew was honest, up front, kept me in the loop, and was helpful from start to finish! Thanks for all of your help to Drew and the service team!!
Drew kept me updated throughout the whole 8 days and was very helpful the entire time. I definitely felt I was taken care of. I really appreciated all his help.

Beau was so informative and friendly and helpful! He told me what I may need serviced next and since it wouldn’t be covered under the maintenance package he gave me the cost. Very nice. Great service.
My only complaint would be communicating in a timely manner that my car was ready.
The service I received from Kevin, was outstanding. He was kind, attentive, explained everything as the work was being preformed, and was very courteous.

I am very dissatisfied with corporate Honda. My car has a very serious problem with hesitation when trying to accelerate. I have gone online and saw that many other people are complaining about this problem. Your tech could find no TSB or any other reference to this problem in the Honda sources.
Maybe Honda is just waiting for there to be many accidents, injuries or even deaths before they do something
about the problem.
Actually it was my fault for not having the right car key with the vehicle so the cabin air filter could not be changed and having to make a second trip to get it taken care of
I was not contacted to let me know that the part had come in. I had called and left a message and specifically asked to be called on my landline that day, no response. Later I also found out that my cell had not been updated in your system, even though I had given it to you. Finally I called again today and asked to speak to a manager. He informed me that the part had arrived at least a week ago. I initially came in on 9/10, today is 9/24. He did set me up with an appointment today and I took it. When I walked in to the service check in area, there were no customers with any of the service people there (there were about 4), not one greeted me. After several minutes of waiting, one finally looked up and asked if he could help me. Did not feel very welcome. To be honest, this is the first time I have experienced this here, but this kind of thing usually indicates a possible trend.
The service rep was outstanding. Super busy and he still managed to complete my vehicle early and even provided a discount! I love you guys and get all my work done there.
Freedom Honda is great at taking care of their customers. Love the staff and accommodations. Always a pleasant experience.
