Spent over $400, the vehicle maintenance minder was not reset and the vehicle was not washed. I have been to many Honda dealers and this was the first time that I was not offered a complementary wash after service.

Great service each & every time I come, Daniel always makes it seem way better than what you would expect at a car dealership. The young man at the check in service desk was very rude. He made me wait almost 10 minutes before he actually noticed i was waiting to be checked in. I had already scheduled an appointment and my car was already in the service dock before i was checked in. I was not pleased with the short and snarky attitude that i received. I wil not be purchasing another Honda vehicle due to the lack of customer service!
