They were unable to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car or what service they did, only that I did not owe any money. My car arrived by tow truck from my mechanic with the panels by the gas pedal already removed. When my car was driven out to me for pickup, the panels were not put back, they were still sitting on my passenger seat. They found my technician to ask him about this and when he came out of the work area, he did not look at or speak to me, didn’t even remove his ear phones, but told the gentleman who checked me out in the computer system that since the panels were already off when the car arrived, he figured that I didn’t want them out back on. He did replace the panels but again did not talk to or even look at me. My “interaction” with your mechanic just didn’t feel right. I’m used to getting answers about the issues with my vehicle. The young man who initially drove my car out to me and the gentlemen who checked me out in the computer system were very nice though and I appreciated that.

As always, Daniel did a fantastic job on my two vehicles. He is professional and very competent. In addition, totally customer focused. I will always take my Honda’s to him for servicing.

My service representative was nice and helpful, but I wasn’t completely happy with the the alignment I got. The report on the back showed that a lot of the values were not within specification after the service, which could cause tire wear, handling, and safety issues as a result. I go out of my way and pay more money to get service done at Freedom Honda so I don’t walk away with these kinds of issues. I was assured this is normal, but I don’t feel like I’ve had these issues in the past when getting alignments done.

Mike was helpful and his experience helped me greatly. Mike was compassionate and helped me through a difficult mechanical situation with my Honda. At no point did I feel pressured and I feel he had me any my family's best interest in mind. Thank you Mike!

Lack of communication from “Marty”, perception of him not caring that he didn’t communicate, not completing even basic requests.. ie changing windshield wipers, not fixing drivers side mirror. He also interrupted me several times when I inquired why he didn’t try to call or text me when he didn’t hear from me. He didn’t respond when I texted him. He acted indifferent when I expressed concern about the lack of communication that had me waiting in town all afternoon when I didn’t need to as parts were not avail to complete the job... very frustrating customer service... unfortunately this is why I don’t buy cars from freedom Honda and buy all my Honda’s (prev 6 vehicles) from mile high Honda ... service after the sale and the ability for the appearance that the staff cares about the customer is very important to me. I have given freedom Honda two chances now and as of now, I will be getting all my service completed at mile high Honda from now on. I live out of town so going to Denver is just as easy as going to col springs .... I did want to mention your courtesy driver, steve , was WONDERFUL.. I just wanted to mention Respectfully Bryce T

I normally don't write negative reviews, but this experience rubbed me the wrong way. I had asked for assistance getting the interior windshield cleaned when I was getting the estimate. I didn't get much of a response but was told he'd look into it. Upon leaving, I asked if anything was done, he asked another person that was parking the car and they rudely responded with "uhhh, detail?" Neither employee seemed to care at all and weren't very helpful. It wasn't a good first impression.

Had an appointment and came early. Still took almost 5 hours when I was told 2 hours at the most. The service employees were great, but I was still late to work.
