It was rather frustrating when I picked up my car to have a light turn on due to something incorrectly reassemble. I appreciate Mike’s help quickly trying to resolve the issue, but it was frustrating to have to come back and wait for the issue to be resolved.

We have always got our Honda’s there and have had our share of problems with some of the advisors and decided to use mike as a last attempt and he has done what he says he will do and calls when he says he will call and because of him we will keep coming back.
