Steve the shuttle driver was terrific, on time and so polite.
I came in for the power steering recall on my 2005 Accord. The work was done well, but upon bringing it home I noticed heavy scratches on my driver fender and smaller scratches on my passenger fender. I immediately called my advisor and explained it to him, and he told me to bring it in and speak with Chris about it. I came in for my seatbelt buckle replacement and spoke with Chris. He assured me they would take care of it. Upon receiving it the second time I took a look at everything. I was happy with the driver side fender but the passenger side fender was mangled. Horrible spider webs in the clear coat. I again grabbed Chris. He said that there were light spider webs already and they noticed them. Instead of contacting me and advising me not to deal with the scratch, they went ahead and polished it anyway, completely ruining the fender. His words were “you asked us to get rid of the scratch, we got rid of the scratch.” I asked why would I not have been contacted if you guys knew that there were gonna be issues with taking a compound to it. He simply stated that they got rid of the scratch. I should have been advised to leave it alone instead of the hack job I received. I’m infuriated at the way I’ve been treated. Just because my car is older I get shoved to the bottom of the pile. You never would’ve had to take a polishing compound to it had it not been damaged during the first service. This is not fair to me in the slightest. I brought my car in better condition than it left and I think that’s unacceptable. I would like to see pictures (which I’m assuming should have been taken before detail) of the damages. I feel I’ve been treated poorly. My two experiences at freedom have been awful because of this. Chris assures me that there’s nothing you’re going to do to rectify the situation. I expect to be in contact with the general manager about this. This would have been avoided had my car not been damaged by you to begin with, that’s the most frustrating part to me. Horrible, horrible service.
Vehicle was 4 hours later than promised. Shuttle reeks of smoke, and now so do I. P

At about 2 hrs after leaving your shop the same light came on again. Try to reset later. If does not work I will bring the car back on on Tuesday

Change, sticker removal and looking at a door molding. Seems inefficient. Everyone was nice, but I missed dinner with my family because of how long this took.
