I had a coupon for $11 for front wiper blades. I was charged almost three times that much. When I inquired, I was informed that I did not have original equipment blade holders and that they could not install wiper blade inserts so they replaced the whole assembly. I wasn't given the opportunity to decline and no adjustment was made after I protested.

Kevin was extremely helpful and professional. I have not been happy with the service at the front desk...waiting a long time to be helped. There is no ststem in place. Service has gone downhill. Because of Kevin's extraordinary customer service, I will give this Honda service location one more try; otherwise I will be going to the other Honda location. Thank you, Lorraine M
