After I got home my adult son looked at the vehicle inspection checklist. I should have looked at the time I paid - but with previous visits I was told what needed to be done so I assumed that always happens. They always did that at Heuberger before I switched to Honda when I bought my CR-V from you guys 2 summers ago.
There are three items that are red - cabin air filter - fluid levels and engine air filter.
It states these require immediate attention.
Why wouldn’t someone ask me about doing this while I was having it serviced? I live in Security/Widefield and thought you were the best of the Honda Dealers and out of customer loyalty. I drive up to you and have to wait hours - a worthwhile thing to do...now I will have to address this issue when I can find time. Very unhappy about this and worried that my CR-V will have major issues that will cost me time and money. Karla L
Kevin was professional and has a very calming demeanor. My issue is that I was told that my car "was due, and in some cases, past due for fluids." Why would my maintenance minder not have indicated as much to me? I've been taking my vehicle to a mechanic that I know and trust. My transmission fluids were addressed by him recently and since transmission fluids generally only need to be dealt with every 30 thousand miles, I'm left to believe that only my odometer was checked in determining my fluid needs. My "free" trip inspection seemed to be a poorly disguised attempt to up-sell me approximately $380 worth of services I don't really need. You've lost credibility with me. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to vent.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, for a 12:00 appointment. I arrived a little before 12:00. I was told it would not take more than 1 1/2 hours. That long at the very most. I came during my lunch break hoping to get it finished in that 1 1/2 hour time. That is also the amount of time I was told on the phone, when I made the appointment. At 1:40 I ask how much longer, and was told about 15-20 minutes. It was 2:10 by the time I was told (in the waiting area) that it was ready. I find it unreasonable to expect to have an oil change and tire rotation to take more than an hour, hour and a half at the most. Especially when an appointment is made. I will most likely check with the other Honda dealer for my oil changes. Thank you, Brian

Two issues. second time in for same issue all the major computer systems are flashing errors. Second time for reprogramming. Asked about why fuel mileage is In the low 20’s. Was told reprogramming would fix. fuel mileage still in the low 20’s. Courtesy shuttle was a major disappointment was told 1 1/2 hr wait. Got a ride and when I arrived at the dealership the shuttle & driver were sitting there. Was still sitting there when I left. The week before waited almost 2 hrs waiting for shuttle after being told would pick me up in 30 min. Looks like I need to bring it back in to figure out the fuel mileage. Not feeling very optimistic at this point.
