Accomplished all work requested within the desired timeframe. My only recommended improvement was that I had to call to get tire option quotes. Would expect Service Dept to be more timely in meeting the customer request.

Quoted a price for a **** fluid change, then get a call once the service was started saying it would be more because I needed synthetic fluid instead of basic fluid. Small irritation over the up-charge.
Was satisfied with the quick service however and her attitude and professionalism was very good.
