Super service from one of the very best service managers at Freedom. Not exactly sure (but I can take a guess or two) why Freedom has quite a turnover in service managers??? However, I have been going to Danny Broughton and Marty for my service needs and they are both excellent representatives of your company. Will continue as long as they are employed at Freedom.
They had my name wrong the entire time and their call did not go through nor did they reply to my text messages. Still might be back because I need mechanic help that I can trust.
I have known Marty Stinett for many years when he was with Hyundai. I followed him to your dealership because he is such a great guy. He has always treated me extremely well and I am grateful for his service, help, and knowledge!! He even saved me this time by not having my rear wheel fall off!!!
Marty and Daniel did great jobs. The car was ready sooner than expected. However, was disappointed to learn management has made a decision to not provide the courtesy shuttle further than 10 miles to shuttle an auto owner to their home and back. So in the future, I will need to make arrangements for someone to pick me up and take me back once my service is completed. This was a complimentary service and should be continued for all your auto owners who elect to have their service completed at Freedom Honda.

Jeff is thorough and incredibly skilled and completed the labor faster than expected and with exceptional results. Danny was kind and professional and went the extra mile and every step to make sure my needs were met.
