I actually feel like I should say I had a great experience, because I want the reps to feel appreciated. I had a broken lock on my door and brought it in to fix only to find that I needed to buy a part I can’t afford right now. My door was put back together in a way that completely disabled the locking mechanism in the problem door, so I had to come back for an additional visit. I basically paid $160 and needed 2 visits to only find out I have an expensive problem. For my budget, that’s an expensive ticket for not being able to resolve the issue with my door. The customer service quality from everyone was great, though. Everyone I interacted with is well trained in customer service. They really did a great job at saying what needed to be said to make me feel well cared for. I appreciate the effort put forth but I feel like my overall experience was mediocre specifically because I’m still at square one with my problem, and $160 poorer. It’s ok, not every experience can be great, but it turned out way better than if I would’ve tried to do it myself and I think that is the point of paying a service department to take care of a car problem.

Danny is the epitome of an Outstanding Service Writer. He is a person of integrity who puts the customer first. If he has the time slot for an unexpected repair he will advise, but if it’s really full for the day he will tell you so you don’t waste your time. Truly a sincere pleasure to work with him these past 9 years.
