Only issue i have is once got home and parked car got in it on wed afternoon and the guard under car, was laying under car on ground. One of the clips that hold the guard on is messed up.

Well it started as a 1030am appointment. I even showed up 10 minutes early and on your board announcing expected wait times with appointments - it said 90 minutes. So, I dropped off the car and went and ran some errands and came back at 12pm. At 1215 the service writer came up to me and told me my car was about to be pulled in and it proceeded to take an additional 40 minutes to get my car and leave. Extremely disappointed. Why advertise wait times and then not even start my vehicle until after the posted wait time. Also a tech went into my glove compartment and messed everything up trying to find a wheel lock key and got something jammed where the glove compartment door wouldn’t close right and once I fixed it something I’ve never seen before popped out of that area. I’m just going to say if you are going to go through someone’s car don’t make it worse because you went through it.

Jeremy was very professional and courteous at all times, but.... I brought my car in Monday at 4:30 to have new tires installed, with a guarantee it would be done at 6:30. Arrived at 6:30, and nothing had been done. I was told another customer took priority. It would have been no problem if I'd been notified, but there was no notification of a delay or the need to keep it overnight. Rather frustrating to say the least. Furthermore, the next morning, after being told it would be ready by 9:00, I called to get a status. I left 2 voice messages with Jeremy with no call back. I finally got Victoria (?) to look for paperwork to see if it had been completed, which it was. Again, no text or call saying it was done. So a little frustrating to say the least. It appears your service people get overwhelmed with the volume of customers and paperwork. As I was in line, I noted it takes a service member 10-15 minutes per customer. That's unreal!! I waited 20 minutes and there was a line behind me still waiting. There's got to be a better way to process customers.

The most important aspect of the service was the time spent clarifying the function of the vehicle for me. Through my ownership of three Honda CRV’s this was the first time that my CRV had gotten stuck in adverse conditions and I was very concerned. My hope is with the new tires and an understanding of the all wheel drive and the Vsa system on my part, I will not find myself disappointed in the function of the vehicle again.

Kevin got my car in to be fixed right away since my battery kept disconnecting and not starting for the past couple of days. He was informative and told me in detail what my choices were. Shuttle driver was very nice too. Great employees at Honda.

The guy who did the oil change or whoever drove the car to do the oil change left a deep scratch on the driver seat window.

Everyone was helpful and I really like Honda service. I want to take my Honda vehicles to Honda for everything, but I hate that even with an appointment I have to wait for over an hour for an oil change. I could go somewhere else and be in and out in less than 30 minutes. It is a waste of my time. I will have to decide if it is worth it to do this service at Honda.

Waited 2 1/2 hours with an appointment for our oil change to be done. They never went through inspection, or reset our percentage on the computer. Had greasy fingerprints all over door. Very poor customer service. We like Honda’s and have purchased several from you but, if this is the treatment, I will have to find a new dealership to go to. Talked to service manager and he didn’t care.
