Barbara was totally rude with me I was seatings outside waiting for my car then I saw my car park and I ask her is my car ready to go and she reply in a very rude manner saying I DONT KNOW I didn’t help you !! !!

I took my car for service yesterday and when I went to pick it up someone had stole it from there.
Kevin Foster has been my service supervisor for quite a few years now. Whenever the car needs some tlc i call and will onlt talk to kevin. He tells me when to bring it in. I pull into the service drop off, he comes right out. I hand him the keys and head home. He gives me a no **** diagnosis after your techs check out the car. He gives me my options and tells me what he recommends and also what is a priority vs what can wait. He is a valuable asset to pedder nissan and hope you take care of him as he takes care of me. Although the people were nice I my car sounds rough when I am out of over drive I told the service people but they said it has to settle in but after thousands of miles take it back in

Guy told me 40 mins went to sit to wait at 12:50pm and car was done at 2:25 pm
