We had an appointment at 9 am and my husband was there for 3 hours before they even looked at it and then spent 1 minute on my car when they said they just needed to charge it. You're 2 hours round trip from us but we were told we HAD to go there so they could see if the issue with our AC was covered under our warranty. The job done was for sure half assed because while it is blowing slightly cooler than when we brought it in it is nowhere near as cold as it should be. So thanks for wasting 5 hours of my husbands day for a lazy job. Currently sitting in the car with my 2 babies and the AC is blowing warmer and warmer at every red light. Guess we will be taking another whole day to come back for you to fix what should have been done in the first place. Did they at least put leak dye in there so they can see what they missed or didn't even look for in the first place?

Cost of service was too high. Normally I pay around $40 for oil change, lube and tire rotation. This time it was $70.

Waited 2 hours. I saw them pull my car up and no one ever came to get me. I walked back to arrive and they were like oh yeah it is done. They rang me up for the wrong amount then they never went over my vehicle inspection. The sticker on the window says I need a new battery. I’ve never been so unhappy with my service here.

Just today our recent problem happen again my malfunction on my screen showed up again. Could you please call me to schedule an appointment to take my car back in. Now customer service was awesome Daniel was very attentive and and very professional in explaining the problem and how they fix it. But he told us if it happens again they would have to change the whole sensor . Thank you and have a good day. My work schedule this coming week is from 6am-2 could you please schedule me an appointment after my work schedule thank you
