I declined to have some service done in my vehicle. The service person was way too aggressive pushing forthe service to get done .at first he said I highly recommend it but when I refused he said you have to do it.
I understand that we all try to make money but I didn't appreciate the pressure I was submitted.
For the diagnostic I paid at least as a courtesy the light should be resetted.
I'm going to a different dealer to have my service done.

I took my car in to be fixed and paid over $1800 for repairs, I was called and told that my car was repaired and tested. I arranged a ride from home to Nissan to pick up my car after repairs were supposedly completed. I did not even make it off of Nissan’s lot before my car started having the same issue that I took it in for, so I had to leave my car there and arrange for a ride home. Nissan has had my car since Saturday and tomorrow will be Thursday. My family and I have been without transportation during a time that we really need a working car. I feel as though I spent over $1800 on unneeded repairs because the car is still doing the same thing. I will be reaching out to management tomorrow to discuss this issue and the right thing to do is to provide my family and I a rental while we wait for Nissan to find out the real issue with my car and repairs are complete. With COVID-19 we need to have transportation for needs and emergencies that would require us to travel. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx “Very unhappy customer at this time”!!!
