Yesterday 05/09/2020 I went in at 11:15am just for an oil change. When I got home all of the oil drained out of my Versa. For whatever reason, whoever did the oil change decided they needed to take off the grille and some of the plastic tray parts inside front of the engine. Never bothered to bolt any of the parts back on. They just laid them in there under the hood. Now I have to tow it there on Monday and pay for a rental car because of their incompetence. I want this fixed at no cost to me and any resulting damage from the oil getting anywhere. You should also reimburse me for the rental.
