My Advisor, Barbara Gama fell short in communication. I had to reach out on the status of my car multiple times. When I did follow up, I was told multiple times that my car was going to be ready by the "End of the day". Every time that I called to confirm, it kept getting pushed back. The worst part about it was that I wasn't even supported by given a rental vehicle after not having my vehicle for a total of 10 days . My experience was very uncomfortable and the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with Nissan. My advisor did not greet me upon arrival for she had a friend she was with that was not a co-worker. She and multiple employees were not wearing face coverings. My car was returned and I did not receive a courtesy car wash. It was returned in a grimy condition. Nissan's commitment was not adhered in Peddar Nissan. I did not feel comfortable in that facility at all. My time was not respected and I was not treated as a guest.

I have no idea who Kevin Foster is but Barbara is the one that helped me and I appreciated her patience with me. I was frustrated with going in for the 3rd time in 2 wks and her customer service was excellent and set me on a better level of satisfaction. Thank you Barbara!

After 1 week without no courtesy call to update me on status of car I called then I found out they had to install new transmission another week I called a few more times to find out status and waiting for parts . I would be on hold for quite a while. Then when almost 3 weeks never once receiving a call from them I called next day picked up car and it was so filthy and dusty. Immediately washed it myself at home and I noticed scrape on back bumper . I was never informed and did not see because of condition the exterior of the car full of dust. Took it back immediately and they fixed it but it’s not the first time . The first time car got serviced it stayed 1 or 2 days don’t recall Danny was the service guy and upon picking it up I noticed a small big marble size dent on the front right side above the tire and I told Danny that it looked like it was hit by something by accident and he said he would take care of it but never did. So now I don’t only worry about our car breaking down but in what condition will it be damaged because of employee carelessness. Besides their bad customer service over the phone in person the guys are amazing don’t understand why they can’t be like that over the phone and informing customer on vehicle status.
All of the staff at Pedder Nissan are nothing short of amazing. I never could have imagined finding a group of good people that provide excellent service.
