On examination of getting to dad's home just down the road, opened up hood and the 5 bolts underneath hood that hold in the front panel/grill were not in place but missing...temporarily ziptied & ducktaped until I can get back to dealership tomorrow am. Then we found 2 of the bolts lying under the underlift so thinking technician set the 5bolts there and did not replace back in. Also, I had asked if they could save my best old tire out of the four oldtires so I could have a backup/use of a spare, since a donut tire is useless in many situations, safer to have a full back up tire (wanted to keep one used tire). I bought a 2 rim set off of someone in 29palms so I could have a spare backup full tire. And some shops mount tires for $10-$15. Upon receiving car was no tire in the trunk, employee went to grab me one and informed me all old tires had been picked up friday. I do not want to purchase a used tire was planning to keep an old one of my own in case of an emergency. Friendly service but do have some follow up questions to address tomorrow AM as well. Thank-you wish all was well and taken care of but unfornunately have to go back again. Had a lovely rental car to get me through this experience which helped alot but still have some questions in regards to my vehicle , Thank-you.

I was very concerned to see that the young lady who met me at my car door did not practice social distancing and was not wearing her mask correctly. She needs to wear it over her nose. It made me wonder if your business is taking this virus seriously. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the rest of your staff's service.

I arrived around 10:45 AM, checked the car in for an oil change. After sitting for a while, I thought the car should be ready. Around 1:15 PM, I went to check in with Barbara, my Service Writer to inquire why I was still waiting on my car. She took my name, looked online, then headed to the garage - came back a few minutes later to tell me ‘we are short staffed, pulling it in now and should be 40 minutes now.’ I was pissed but returned to the waiting room. Wasn’t long before my car was ready ... paid for my service. Went to my car, opened the door ... paper floor mat, plastic cover and plastic bag were left in my car. Took a picture of it. I promptly returned it to Barbara for her to see and depose of in the trash. We have purchased both our 2010 Nissan Frontier and 2005 Sentra from you and have been a loyal customer over the years. It seems the past couple years - customer service quality has not been what it used to be.

Well ,I was told service would take approx. 1 hour..I was there for over three.I'm not happy with the repair done on the cracked window as it still shows and thecreoair in the door was just painted over,not buffed out and polished to look like the rest of the paint job.It now looks like a smudge.I asked two people to check the air pressure in the left rear tire and make sure the warning lights etc were off and that didn't happen.Now,something else gas come on all before even making my first oayment.I'm thoroughly discussed at this point and not sure what to do.
