I was very happy working with Paul, very courteous, attentive, great guy and of course the work done on my Rogue is great as well. Not happy at all with your worker Barbara, she's very stand offish, has the attitude that she'd rather be somewhere else. Barbara needs to take extra classes on how to provide better service to the customers, thank goodness for Paul.
