Kevin was all around one of the better service providers I have come in contact when it comes to dealing with repair issues with any car that I have ever owned. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. He deserves a promotion.

Someone in the service department swapped my good tires for tires that need to be replaced! It didn't happen on February 17th it happened on February 4th or 5th! I'm very upset this happened! I know this because when I picked up my car on February 2nd there was a wood srew in my rear driver side tire! It didn't puncture the tire it only went into the tread sideways. I bought a plug kit just in case and pulled it out. It didn't go flat! Then after picking up my car on February 5th I washed it and dressed my tires! That was the week of February 7th-13th. I thought to myself why do my tires look more worn out! Then it hit me when I brought my car in for it's 45,000 mile service. When Kevin Foster came back in to the service department after checking the mileage the first thing he said to me was,I need tires! So after my service I stopped at Wal-Mart and looked to se if my tires were rotated. It was confirmed then then! There isn't enough tread on the front tire after the rotation for a screw to go in! That's not all! Also after my car was serviced Kevin gave me a list of things recommended things that need immediate attention! I'm really disappointed with the service, dishonesty and theft. Something needs to be done about this! Please call me to discuss this terrible situation! I didn't have the time to go there today February 18th but I will be coming there!

I give peddler a 109 plus rating vs. Temecula nissan which I give a 109 minus rating. I have never had a a bad experience at peddler n when I do buy another nissan vehicle I will buy it from peddler nissan.
