It is ridiculous that a customer whom paid for a warranty has to wait 3 days for approval from one guy who is the slowest person in the world. That left me without a vehicle for 3 days because I could not get a rental until this guy approved the claim. Once I finally got my vehicle back the service technicians did not clean after themselves and my vehicle had tape, black soot finger and hand prints, and parts not fully pushed back into place on my dash. I am extremely disappointed in this and will not purchase another vehicle from Pedder Nissan because of how terrible the warranty service experience is.
