You have had my car for 3 weeks also. Got text tbursday to pick it up but told nevermind when I got there. Still have car 5 days later. Very upset. Mayflower job because of this. Insurance adjuster stated that most repair places will release car with assurance of payment made by geico. I bought car from you. You don't trust your customers and that hurts.

Antonio was great. His assistance was most appreciated. On a separate note, some customers in the waiting area were not wearing masks, which made me uncomfortable.

I was very happy with Paul. No complaints. He wasn’t pushy. Just talked about safety issues. Decided on one. He reminds me of Ozzie your Sales Manager from whom we bought our car. Others should take lessons from these two.
