Kevin Foster is a very professional employee that you could trust in your company. He attended the needs of my vehicle that I complain to him especially the tiresomely and so with the other customers. Also, work done in a timely manner too. When I pulled up to the service lane, I was immediately greeted. It only took less than a minute, then I was free to go. Received a call 1.5 hours later. Again, when I arrived I was assisted immediately and out came my very clean car. I took my car in for the first service

I just dropped my car back off after spending a day of thinking my car was fixed for it to sit for 3days later to see power steering fluid in my drive way and look under the carriage and oil again so it's Saturday May 1st and left my car again for the same issue ....u would think they would clean the air and let vehicle sit to see if it leaks but here we are again so I feel like the diagnose wasn't done carefully enough and let alone what got fixed something that wasn't necessary questions my opinion to bring my car back to this dealership when I have never had a issue at Temecula Nissan with any service.....

Miscommunication regarding changing old fluids. I wanted old fluids changed as we discussed but car was returned with none of the three items completed I did not realize it was marked as I declined. We did have a conversation in which I said go ahead and do it.
