I was expecting the patching or sewing for my convertible top but they just bonded. Even My appointment was 12:00 and they started repairing at 3:30pm. I was waiting for 4hour and half for the bonding. What would you say?

I made an appointment for an oil change, but had to wait nearly 2hours for the job. Why make the appointment if it does not mean much. That said, the rest of the service was satisfactory.

Thank you for the oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Even tho it rained the next day, it helped wash all the dirt off!!
