On the first day, after my car had been brought in the night before by a tow truck, I called at 7:30am. I was told I would get a call “after the morning rush. Funny, but i feel like my car was there first since it was brought in the night before...and is more important than a routine oil change. Anyway, by 3:30 that afternoon, I STILL had not heard anything from the service department directly regarding the progress and diagnosis of my car. Only after I called and left a message with the service manager did I finally get an update on my car. Finally, a week later, when it was ready to be picked up, I got a call while I was at work which went straight to voice mail. At the end of my work day I finally realized I had missed the call, so I called the service department back. They were closing within the hour, so there was no way I was going to make it by closing.
The only thing I am genuinely pleased with was the rental service/plan. Fortunately the service department really did come thru for me in that department, ensuring that I got the same size car that I was getting repaired and they returned my car to the rental company for me when I came to pick up my car.
Everyone was polite and the work done is (hopefully) adequate, but the communication is lacking and could be improved upon.
I was very pleased with the communication and honesty. I'll be back!
