The customer service was good and he answered all of my questions, but I didn't get a courtesy wash as specified on my paper work.

When I got my car back the traction control light is still on. I understand i have to replace the mass air flow sensor and that’ll be done tomorrow. I pray the light goes out then. If not back to the shop. My complaint with Peddler is the time it took to look at my car and realize it was a transmission problem again and get me a vehicle to drive. Other than that Jose has always been very professional and courteous. I will definitely return for my mechanical needs.

Usually the vehicle is returned cleaner than when it arrived. Inside and out. I have some body damage so I understand the outside. But the inside of the vehicle was the same also. One of the perks of paying dealership pricing is this service. I was just disappointed. I figured it was because I brought it in on a Saturday and no Management was there. :(
Jose was attentive & helpful. I appreciate the car wash after my service was done!

Technician marked paperwork that wheel/tire rotation was performed but it was not as the markings I put on wheels indicated no swapping. Only after I mentioned the issue to service advisor that the wheels rotated. This is a serious violation of trust.
