They did not put air in my tires and scratched my rims and did not top off the fluids makes me wonder if they did the oil change. They did not change the air cabin filter .I would like to be called about how they are going to fix this.

I came in for an oil change and waited over 2 hours before my car was done. I never had to wait this long before. Other waiting customers were also complaining about the long wait. I want to let you know that you may be losing customers if you don't correct the situation. I was disappointed today for the first time.

My comments are that I'm going to call the bar bureau of automotive repair I was told that you guys would program my key and I trusted you guys and I never signed anything saying that I would pay for my car even if it didn't run so I go inside and I don't even go to test my car out cuz I'm cold over the phone good news Mr Hall your car is running but it stalls okay no problem so I go and pay the $160 and they come out to start my car up and it won't run so now I go back inside and the guy goes oh well it was running a minute ago and it would just stalled but I mean everything was good we checked it out and everything so I cast it and it's the exact same codes as before you guys program the key supposedly so I go home and little heads up for you guys next time erase the codes when I went to the freeze frame portion on my scanner the codes that were set inside of the car the same clothes that had to do with the net system well they were still there from the other day in the freeze frame memory you know how it has a date and time if you have a good scanner and it tells you that this is when the problem occurred it didn't tell me that the problem occurred today when you guys so-called you know reprogrammed it I just I'm not satisfied at all and I want my money back I was tripped the car was not even moved one inch forward or backwards and if you guys didn't want to work on it all you had to say is just take it and go I we don't think we can do anything with it instead you guys give me false hope and then f****** lie to me
