Kevin greeted me with a smile the moment I walked in the door. He is very cordial, friendly and after greeting me to Peddar Nisson, asked how he could help me. He gave me a time frame that was beat by the mechanics and had the car washed, which was not expected but truly appreciated. He, by far, exceeds all other service reps I have ever dealt with, and I am 72 years young. Thank you Kevin.
