good customer service. I was glad with the way he handled the situation at the service station. I was a bit angry about something that happened to my car but kyle had the right information that would resolve the problem at the time. some folks would have taken sides with their co-worker but his neutral stand was appreciated also his willingness to resolve the problem quickly was great. stuff like this can make a customer stay with hyundai, model after model. knowing they care about customer satifaction with their product is enough motivation to make hyundai your next car.
