Richard provided very good customer service. He was prompt, courteous and kind. He kept us informed and sent a text and called when our car was ready. We've only had the car back one day and I haven't taken the car out today. But no sound out of the brakes yesterday! I was very pleased! Thank you!!

A very respectful and professional employee who was very helpful with visit today.
After my car repair, I asked about what to expect in terms of the emissions monitors resetting so I could take my car to be smogged. I was told to just drive it and it will reset. I came back a few days later and said that it hadn't reset and tried to ask more specifically about the drive cycle needed to reset the monitors. The service man said that the drive cycle doesn't exist for my car only for 2010s and newer, the car just needs driving. I tried to ask how much time I should give it before I suspect that there might be another problem, he said there's no way to tell and and said "you don't trust us.". I tried to get more specific information. The service writer said he would have the technician research it and get back to me. I expressed how it seemed odd that with 20 years of experience he had never come across this issue. He said "you don't like my answer and are asking the same question. I can have my technician research it and get back to you." I asked about when I might get a response. He made a comment about how I shouldn't have waited until the last minute to take care of my car and that the technician would research it and get back to me." Bottom line after all of that (and there was more) is that I never got a call back. Unfortunately that is what i expected to happen. He figured I was off on a trip and he wouldn't have to hear from me.
Kyle was spectacular! I will make sure that I always bring my Sonata here as a result of his attentive service. Thank you-

In fairness it was a tough case however the number of attempts and length of time it took to repair the vehicle are what kept me from being able to say that I was completely satisfied. Took a lot of chasing on my part.
