Richard was personable, communicated in a timely manner and offered a ride with the shuttle. The shuttle driver was excellent and very helpful.

The Staff was professional at all times. However, what made me uncomfortable at times when using your facility to repair my vehicle was that it seemed at times there was an information breakdown thus making me question if you facility was capable..
It's basically seemed through my repair that your right hand didn't know what the left was doing. All and all my car was repaired I am only writing this to assist not to cause a problem.

Excellent customer service
Kyle demonstrated a complete understanding of my car's service needs. He was a good communicator during the time my car was being serviced, providing frequent updates via text and telephone. He arranged for shuttle service for me from the dealership to home, and from home to the dealership to pick up my car. I have dealt with other service representatives at the dealership over the years but I have to say that my experience with Kyle has been the best of all of them. Thank you Kyle!
Mr Kyle was very friendly and helpful from the moment that I walked in the door. he greeted me with a Hello and said we'll be right with you. There were two other Service Rep. with Kyle, they never looked up from their computers, never said hello. I heard one of them say who's next. Kyle had a smile on his face answered Hyundai's phones and attended to me and my car. Hyundai service department is very lucky to have Kyle Evans working for them he is definitely an asset to Hyundai. I've been to the service department before to have my accent and my Elantra serviced I've walked in and stood around and waited and waited for someone to acknowledge me.
