Excellent and fast service
I dropped my car, received a txt it would be completed at 11am. 4 1/2 hours I inquired and was told the txt is just auto texted and not true. That's very irritating. I had my two young grand daughters with me. At 1:30 I told them to just give me the car. So they never found the problem and now I need to go back again. Your service used to be so good, that's why I drive up from Mission Viejo rather than go to someone else, but it's going down hill. We have bought 3 cars from you. I will say your waiting facilities are excellent.
Don't send these misleading texts to people. The woman next to me was angry too

I came in today for oil change and to fix the little rubber guard under the front of car on the right hand side. Kyle said it was fixed all they did was pop in back n. When I got home I noticed the left side was not attached. Not sure if that was like that before And I called back to tell Kyle what I said. The service girl said he would call back. Never heard back. Now what

A strange thing happened. When I took my car into the Hardin Service Certer, I had almost a full gas tank and when I pick it up, it seems that almost a quarter of a tank of gasoline was missing. How can this be possible?

Thank you for sending this survey. I was very happy with the customer service staff (the gentlemen that sit at the service desk and the one driver). Outstanding and very dedicated to their jobs. No complaints there however this message goes to the officers that make the decision of not providing transportation for people that only have one (1) car. As you know I dropped my car for service and was able to a ride back home but when my car was ready I have no way of getting there. I had to get a taxi and paid to have someone tack me back and pick up my car. Hope to hear from you regarding this concern. Beyond that the service the customer service that is provided from the people that was there it's outsatn and they go be young to keep us the customers as happy as possible. Again hope to hear from you officers and CFO about this. Thank you, sincerely a customer.
