Kyle's customer service has been wonderful. There was an issue with my car being returned to me with damage on it, and so far, he has been very accommodating and has tried to resolve the issue for me.
The service time was acceptable. The wait area was very comfortable.
Dropped the car off three times for the same issue, and as of today, the problem has not been fixed. Very frustrating and time consuming.
Service was great, I like the way I was given updates on my car.

Yes, Even though going to the dealership for car service is many
times unpleasant in this case it wasn't. The service dept is
very professional and always greet as you pull up.

I have gone through a nightmare. I felt my transmission slipping and took it in I was assured this would be warranty service. After two days, I was told it was a computer update that was needed and I should also take care of $750 worth of maintenance issues. This did not correct the problem. I took it back in, they had it for a week and changed out the water pump. I took it back in. They had it for two weeks and then contacted me to say I would need a new engine and it was not covered by warranty...after I spent 750 on this engine. When I came to pick up the car , the battery was dead , and now after I drive around for about an hour I tried to start it and it is completely dead again!!! I had no battery issues before I took this in. Hyundai has a reputation for a good warranty. It also had a reputation for trying to get out of that warranty any way possible.
