I went in with a tire pressure issue on my front tire, seemed like it was fixed, but that same night, my tire was flat again. I had to take it the following day to a tire shop and sure enough, there was a small hole in my tire. So not too sure what exactly was done. Richard was amazing though!
One problem though, the counter still says I need service so it was not reset. Can I bring it in to have that taken care of?
Erika was awesome and explained everything clearly and was extremely respectful and professional. Wish I could meet the techs who worked on my car as well so I can ask for them next time.

Very simple and convenient
There was a little miscommunication.
It took most of the day before they remembered to enter my car. So when I called to follow up, I wasnt in the system. Erika did call and say they were still running tests but I am not sure if that was accurate.
The professionalism at the Hardin dealership is extremely poor! They lost my car on two occasions and treated me like I bother for trying to figure out what was going on. They then proceeded to overcharge me for services that I desperately needed. Never going back here again. Richard (the rep) on the other hand was kind to me to make up for the damage but it was too late. Service manager Mike is horrible with people and resolving issues!
Right info and perfect work and estimated timing are accurate.

I feel that the service department is great but I feel they are so honest when my car is being serviced. Would not think of taking my car anywhere else.
Matthew **** is always courteous, respectful, compassionate, and kind. Car maintenance can be costly, however, his input makes the experience not so daunting. He will often suggest a timeline as to when a specific service should be completed, thus spreading out the cost. No one wants to spend upwards of several hundred dollars in one visit. Richard knew the problem & helped parts department to check the bulb convention even though it was working intermittently and yes my lamp did need to be replaced. Also thank you Richard for your quick-service so I could get to work on time with a clean car!
When I picked up my car, no one went over the services that were completed. Nor did they discuss any recommendations. When I waited around to go over the bill with a female service tech, she stated they recommended what I was supposed to have done today.
Basically two months3 of wasted time for what should have been relatively easy repair.
