Kyle Evans specially was very respectful and understanding. He definitely knows how to accommodate customers and make sure they are fully satisfied. Today I could've waited 6 hours for my car but he made it a lot quicker. Definitely will come back, and buy another car from this dealership.
While Mario provided great service, He could have done a better job in being more specific in explaining the details of the services that I was billed. He did explain, but as a novice, I need more info to justify how I came in to Hardin to spend 189.95 (the service coupon), I left spending 550.13. Us budget contious folks need a very solid reason why things need to be done and the price point. Questions like: How much can you afford to spend today? are great ways of showing that you understand the budget restricted customers, that question should be followed up with ok let's get the most important repairs done which are abc and let's work with you on some options on how we can get the remaining items done based on your budget. The shuttle arrangement for my pick up was a very nice touch.
Since the computer "upgrade" today, my vehicle is idling "rough" with noticeable vibrations felt. I am returning Monday to fix the issue????????
I was so happy to see new faces! My experiences before were with rude people and I was ready to stop going there! I hope new personnel will stay and the rude ones are gone.

Yes, I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received from Erika Arellano, she was very helpful n answered all my questions. She treated me with respect and I truly appreciate this. She also has a great attitude, she's very easy going n very friendly. Thank you for having people as pleasant as her to be in the front desk assisting us n providing quality service, I personally have had very bad experiences with people at the front desk from various different businesses. Thanks once again.
Mario was very professional and very nice. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and what I should do to fix it. He let me know when my car would be ready. And he had a great smile!!!

The service rep was pushy, I've dealt with him before and do not appreciate being told that I need additional service that I did not want and telling me information about my lease car which he has no business bringing up and telling me that his wife has a lease car and blah, blah...
