I spoke to Mario (service department) i calmly and respectively requested that he speak about our conversation to his Manager and to have Mike Hank give me a call. ( Never got a call back ). Extremely upsetting that i keep leaving them voice messages and they not one time did he return my calls or even when i requested it through a service desk.

Kyle greeted me before I even walked through the doors. He had a smile and asked why I came in today. Mind you I didn't have an appointment, I just needed an oil change and asked him to check my filters. He promptly wrote my car up and drove it off for the inspection. He said my cabin air filter was dirty and advised I change it. I said yes and I was on my way in less than an hour. And my car was clean!

I was disappointed with Mario's initial lack of excellent customer service skills when I arrived. Matt was most helpful per a phone call the day before when asking about an expired coupon. Upon leaving the dealership today, the computer was NOT reset regarding the days needed for service. I will need to make another visit and plan on stopping by the new Hyundai dealership in Huntington Beach for this issue and future service. Lucy - the VIP coordinator gave 5 star service and was delightful. She went over and ablive in explaining her job in helping one buy or lease a car with daily follow up emails.
