Unacceptable customer service :( Both managers ( Mike & Richard) situations were brought to their attention and both said that the vehicle will be ready. wife went to pick up vehicle turned out to be a different story very disappointing. I left them voice messages for a call back and no returned call back when requested. We have to keep calling back to and then they say they only got one voice message :(. It be best to say your sorry and move forward to take care of the customer but to lie makes that much worse

Mario was very helpful, courteous, & kept me informed. I believe there is a more systemic issue with contacting the service dept. I am frequently put on hold for up to 10 mins. when I call in. I'm sure others would appreciate a more responsive phone experience as well.

Mario actually hooked me up, after expressing my frustration from a prior incident regarding a headlight fixture. He actually surprised me with his unwavering commitment to service by fixing both of my tailights in a timely manner. Expectations were far exceeded and I will continue to service with Hardin.
