I know I keep harping on this for the entire two years that I’ve been having both my C series cars serviced at MB of Marin is that my car is ALWAYS given back to me with countless amounts of grease from the mechanics and car wash guys boots. Kicked up on the doorsills transmission jump
And the dead pedal area and the entire drivers side floor mat.
I recalled that your website states you have a new level of hygiene as a result of Covid 19. I couldn’t find any hygiene improvements. Angelo personally got some Sprayway Cirtus Grease cleaner to wipe it up most of the grease deposited from your mechanics.
$900 for an A Service getting your car back dirty is a drag. I will be returning with my 2006 C280 on the 7/13 for service. I’m hoping you can take the time to make sure my car is returned as I gave it to you.

Very UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
My service tech Eliseo is great so far the ca seems to be running fine. The only issue I had was the loaner car, while the car itself was fine (A220), it still has some old snack wrappers on the driver side door, what looked like a broken earring (costume type not a real jewel type) in the middle compartment and the inside front window had a slight film that I needed to wipe down. With the CV19, I thought there might have been a better job. But as mentioned Eliseo is great, very customer focused and knowledgeable. Tino Albiento

Traci, as always, was professional and efficient. She was friendly and easy to talk to. Knowing that my MB lease was coming to an end soon she shared information on some of the changes since my last purchase in 2017, and offered to arrange to have Peter Ansell assist me with the end of current lease and beginning of new lease or purchase. It’s nice to be treated so well by a service advisor. It reflects well on the dealership and go a long way towards maintaining long term customers.
