Just want to make sure the key hand off was safe. I came out with a mask and your driver had a mask. I thought the interaction was all electronic since I paid electronically. We fussed with signatures and his pen at a close distance. Not sure I was ready or appreciative of that exchange. Was hoping keys and paperwork were left at my doorstep or porch.
You should find a way to scan or focus an papers and leave a key. This pandemic will go on for at least a year.
I felt that your senior citizen driver was safe but how do I know? He delivers several cars a week or a day and he has adult kids and grand kids he sees.
II am happy with the service except thought it would be more safe in terms of signing papers together.
Two days, 3 phone calls to get an oil change is not acceptable. Takes a few minutes to change a break light and it was $65 labor. Seems excessive.
