I was charged for fueling this time and the previous time, where as I filled up the tank prior turning in the car.. No one returns calls despite my attempts.Communication is lacking in the service department.

Anthony was professional, efficient and kept me well-informed on the progress of my vehicle.
I initially was told about the diagnostic fee but that it would be waived if I got the service needed which later was not the case. I got a rental car that I couldn’t use because I lived outside of the limits and so I had to borrow another car from a friend. I ultimately was told I could use it without restrictions as my car was in the shop for 14 days however I was told I could use it freely the day before the service was done. When I got my car back and entered it the shifter case was lifted off the and I hadn’t been told anything about it. When questioning it they claim that it had been glued and that it wasn’t their fault and I was literally handed a bottle of super glue to glue it back myself. My car key once returning home would not lock my car I bought a new batteries but it still would not work. I took it to Mercedes-Benz in Santa Rosa and they are now saying that the key isn’t sensing the car. I seem to have more problems after getting my car back then the initial problem I wanted fixed. I was often told I would get calls on certain days for updates and usually didn’t get the call, I’d have to call myself to check in and see what was happening. Communication was poor and quite frankly I was not Impressed or satisfied.
It was a good experience and I left there happy and satisfied
