Angelo did a very good job. He stayed late to deliver my car to me upon completion of the work. He actually washed the car himself as the car wash staff had already left for the day. Very pleasant to work with, and very knowledgeable.

Had to wait a little longer than usual at drop off and pick up. The floor on the back seat wasn’t vacuumed but the rest of the car was nicely washed and cleaned. The employees are friendly and helpful though. Overall a good experience that’s why I keep buying Mercedes.

Lack of communication from service advisor. I called to find out about my car and was told I’d get a return calll. That didn’t happen. I called back the following day and relayed my experience and finally got a return call. I was disappointed is the original lack of communication.

The check engine light ended up being a false alarm. Admittedly it happened on thanksgiving week, but it still took literally a week to get the vehicle back. We had already scheduled/paid plans to travel further up north, and i was particulary dissatisfied to find out that the loaners are not allowed to leave 80 mi radius. This resulted hundreds of dollars of costs to me because of car rental. And then it was just a false alarm. Honestly this is not what i would expect from a premium car manufacturer, especially with a vehicle that is definitely above the common price point.
