My 2014 battery wasn’t able to be replaced due to covid19. I didn’t want a Generic battery that was offered for the same value as the name brand.

I brought the car in for a grinding sound from the back driver side wheel well. It happens when the airmatic suspension is raising and lowering the car. I was told that the technician said the air compressor was extremely loud but there wasn’t anything wrong. My frustration is I’ve been driving this car for almost 2 years. The sound I’m hearing and what the technician is describing sounds like something is wrong. When I bought the car, it didn’t make that noise. I understand that things wear out but I shouldn’t be told nothing is wrong and hopefully whatever it is breaks before the warranty runs out. I wouldn’t have brought the car in if nothing was wrong or if it wasn’t making a loud unusual grinding noise.
