Great customer service and needs
Secondary detail, but loaner car was very dirty, bad smell. Also tire warning light came on shortly after departure. Loaner clearly had not been serviced or cleaned.
Re service, there is a chronic issue with tire losing air that dates back to prior services that can’t seem to be fixed.
It didn’t take long. Tracy is wonderful
Traci was great , she kept me informed and was pleasant to deal with, my only complaint was that it took a long time to get the car back but I understand under these conditions .
