You guys really need to fix your last customer touch point. Everytime I bring the car in for service, sales consultant seem to completely forget to make sure the car is brought out in a timely manner after bill is paid. Wasted 90 minutes and probably more if I had not asked what was taking so long from the 10-15 minutes I was originally told to get the car washed and brought up for me. Prior time was nearly 2 hours also. Horrible way to leave last impression. Drove off annoyed. Got livid when the tire pressure light popped on after not even half a mile after leaving. Brought car back and asked if the issue was looked at since that was one of the main reasons why I brought it in for service. Was reassured that the issue was looked at. Had them look again while I watched upon which a technician saw the nail in the tire. Come on. Lost 2-1/2 hours of my day. Coming and going and coming back again. Was waiting to see MB EV model next year but was so annoyed I drove over to Tesla to give them 100k of my business instead. Lost a loyal customer for life.
