Yes, he demonstrated great customer service by explaining everything to me in details and answering all my questions. He also followed up several times via text to make sure I was informed on the status of my car. He’s awesome and knowledgeable too! It was my first time getting a car serviced at a dealership and he made me feel comfortable about the overall experience. I had a wonderful and pleasant experience. I did not have to wait long either. Everything went well and I am satisfied with the results of my car!

Disappointed that a clearly defective fuel line component is somehow not considered under warranty. Also disappointed by getting served a plate full of attitude from your service manager. 20 years younger I would have kicked his ****. Not sure that I’m still a fan of Mercedes Benz, and my opinion of your dealership has been massively downgraded. I would no longer consider recommending your dealership.
