I was satisfied with the outcome, however, I wished Elisio was more communicative during the process. I found that I was calling him for updates, not the other way around. He is really professional and easy to work with and I have lots of good things to say about how I was treated, except that one small thing. Lastly, what I ended up having done was a big expense. Elisio was patient with getting me to the place of accepting having the work done. Now I just hope something like that doesn't happen again for a while. ;).

Everyone was thorough and did exactly what they said they would do. They even waited about 15 min. After hours to make sure I had my car. I appreciate the team going the extra mile.
My car was not ready on the day that it was taken in to be serviced. I brought it in on a Friday morning, I picked it up on the following Monday.
