Tony has been expectionally wonderful to work with and makes maintaining my Mercedes easy. I've brought my young children in on occasion and he is very accommodating and helps make the process as quick as possible. It's funny bc they actually don't mind going with me because they like the cookies and looking at the gift shop. We now have the kids Mercedes in our backyard. Thanks Tony!

While the EIS systems was fixed, it took a week. Second, we used MB roadside assistance to two car after it wouldn't start - apparently the car was egged and when we picked it up from MB patches of clear coat are missing. I'd like to know why the car wasn't washed immediately. I recieved text telling me they checked tire pressure when it arrived, so someone must have observed that egg was on the Car. The roadside pick-up knew about it so what happened when it got to MB? I would like to have a follow up on this important matter.
