Tony is GREAT!!! The problem is about "time". It's such a big deal to bring a car in for any kind of problem. Truly, had I known this beforehand, we never would have leased a Mercedes. We had considered buying one, but I will return to Range Rover when my lease is up. Tony is really good, but I think there should be more structure in the service department so things go faster and easier for the customer. Most people have better ways to spend their time than sitting in the waiting room. I drive down from Saint Helena and try to get lots of errands done and spending 45 minutes in your lobby is not the best way to spend a short day.
