My Service Consultant lacked knowledge, a positive attitude and attention to detail. I did not enjoy my personal interactions with Mary Dullea. She is not a service oriented individual. I do not want to have further communication with Mary Dullea. My service experience was negative. Unauthorized repairs/replacements were performed on my vehicle. My car was diagnosed incorrectly, in regards to the parts that were replaced. For one week post repairs, I did not know which parts were replaced on my vehicle. My Service Consultant was rude, condescending and ignored my requests for a Corrected Invoice. I actually had to send a letter via email to her Manager and the MBOM General Manager to get service that I required. Very disappointing service experience.
Mary kept me informed on the status of my car each day.
