It was very disorganized both when I dropped the car off and picked it up.
Mary was out sick but a nice woman offered assistance to find out who would be helping me.
Eliseo was busy and finally Angelo helped me.
Tom went over the loaner.
He claimed that my tank was full.
I believed him as is standard.
However when I checked the gas tank to top off since I drove no more than 8 miles total in 24 hrs.
The gas tank took 10 gallons and I spent
30.14 on the gas.
Then when Eliseo called me the night before I picked it up he said come in Saturday at 8:30 am or 9.
I got there after filling the tank at gas station about 11:10am
Again the car was not out in front ready but found out it was offsite being washed and not ready for another 10-15 mins.
Now late for appt at 10:30 I got the car and left.
Eliseo was not there but again Angelo came to help me and took the gas off my final bill.
The expense of service at Merceds did not equal the service this time.
I will hope for better in the future.
