Jourdan was very helpful and easy to talk to. She seemed to really have my cares in mind when offering service recommendation. Cut back to me very efficiently and I didn't have to wait for her to return my calls overall she was very good
NG was great, this is the second time we have brought the car in for the same problem and it still has not been fixed. In order to make the service appointment I had to leave a message three times before I called the fourth time and finally got some one to be able to make the appointment.
Everything went according to plan and Jourdan was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job!
